- Polaris Bank is seeking an energetic and ambitious Graduate Trainee who are willing to give their best in the banking sector by joining the Polaris Bank team. This job role is perfect for fresh graduates wanting to kick-off their career within a quick-developing and encouraging environment.
- The Polaris Bank guarantee the Graduate Trainee, that they will gain comprehensive knowledge of their operations, develop important / essential professional skills. Trainee will also receive mentorship from experienced professionals in additions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The followings will be the responsibilities of trainee.
- Graduate trainee will participate in a structured training program to gain knowledge of banking / company processes, operations, and strategies.
- Trainee will engage in various workshops and seminars which will be conducted to enhance their professional skills and knowledge.
- Trainee will be available to support various departments in day-to-day tasks and projects. This will help them gain a holistic understanding of the banking business in addition.
- Trainee will also assist in creating presentations and materials to effectively communicate department initiatives and organization goals.
QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor’s degree of HND (Minimum of 2:2 and Upper Credit)
