DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF FIRSTBANK BOOTCAMP-RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (NORTH DIVISION) NIGERIA

The following are the duties and responsibilities of Retail Bank Recruitment Bootcamp-Relationship Manager (North Division):

  • First, Responsible for booking quality assets and ensuring effective portfolio monitoring for early dictation of all defaults.
  • Secondly, responsible to managing and deepening relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Responsible to win new account and also resuscitate dormant relationships.
  • Responsible to marketing the bank’s products in order to meet customer needs.
  • Furthermore, will initiate the development of products that are required to meet customer needs.
  • More so, will be ensuring efficient service and maintenance of existing customer.
  • Will ensure zero tolerance for any inactive / dormant accounts.
  • Lastly, responsible for performing all other duties assigned by the Business Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants for FirstBank Bootcamp-Relationship Manager (North Division) must possess the following educational qualification.

  • The minimum educational qualification is First Degree or its equivalent in any academic discipline preferably business related field.
  • Furthermore, higher Degrees (MBA) / Professional Certificate will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have at least a minimum of three (3) years relevant banking (marketing and credit) experience

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
