HOW TO APPLY FOR FIRSTBANK SALES ACADEMY.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The following are the duties of FirstBank Sales Academy.

  • First, will book quality assets and also ensure effective portfolio monitoring for early detection of defaults.
  • Secondly, will be responsible for managing and deepening relationship with existing and prospective customers.
  • Duties of wining new accounts and also resuscitate dormant relationship.
  • Responsibility of marketing bank’s products to meet customer needs.
  • Furthermore, will initiate development of products required to meet customer needs.
  • More so, will ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers.
  • To ensure zero tolerance for inactive / dormant accounts
  • Lastly, to perform all other duties as assigned by the Bank Business Manager.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
