The application is for qualified applicants who possess the necessary requirements for the various programmes of the school. What are the Requirements for TSU Post UTME/DE?

Since the admission slot is for both level 100 and 200 (UTME / Direct Entry) respectively, these makes the process to have different requirements for each. What are the Admission Requirements for Direct Entry Applicants for the TSU Post UTME / DE 2024?

Academic Qualification: Applicant must first of all have any one of the following qualification: National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), and National Certificate for Education (NCE), IJMB, JUPEB, BSc or its equivalent. The class of pass for any of the above must be at least Lower credit. More so, applicant must have at least five credit passes in their O-level result(s) relevant subjects which must include Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings. Furthermore, both certificates stated above (O-Level and Advance Level) must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS. Failure to upload the certificate will deny you your admission.

JAMB Requirements: Direct Entry applicants for TSU Post UTME/DE must have registered for the just concluded JAMB application. Furthermore, you must have chosen Taraba State University as your first choice institution. Those who did not chose Taraba State University as their first choice institution if they wish to study in the school must carry out a change of institution on JAMB portal. Then on changing must make Taraba State University their first choice institution.

What are the Admission Requirements for Post UTME Applicants for TSU Post UTME/DE?

O-Level Requirement: Applicants for Post UTME must have at least five (5) credit passes in their O-Level relevant subjects. These five relevant subjects must include English and Mathematics at maximum of two sittings. More so, the O-level result(s) must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS. Failure to upload the result(s) will deny such applicants their admission. Lastly, applicants with awaiting result(s) can also apply. Applicants in this categories must upload their result(s) immediately the examination bodies (WEAC, NECO or NABTEB) releases such results.

JAMB Requirements: Applicants must have registered for the just concluded 2024 JAMB. During registration, applicants must have chosen Taraba State University as their first choice institution. Also, those who did not chose Taraba State University as their first choice institution must carry out a change of institution. During the change of institution they must chose Taraba State University as their first choice institution. Note that this can only be done if the applicant scored up to the Taraba State University cut off mark and above during UTME.

Lastly, their UTME subject combination taken during UTME Computer Based Test (CBT) must be the correct UTME subject combination for the programme applying for. General Requirements for TSU Post UTME/DE

  • Applicant must participate during the TSU Post UTME/DE online application.
  • Must also submit their application before the closing date for registration as there may be no extension of date for submission.
  • The Screening application fee is Two Thousand Naira (N2000) only.
  • Applicants must use their personal email address and a valid phone number for the registration.
