This notice is given to the general public and candidates that the application is open for the 2024/2025 academic session in Osun State University. This opportunity is only open for those who are qualified for admission into the various programmes of the Osun State University. What are the Requirements for UNIOSUN Post UTME/DE?

The following requirements are for UNIOSUN 2024 Post UTME Applicants

JAMB Requirements: applicants must have registered for the 2024 JAMB and chose Osun State University as their first choice institution. Those who did not must carry out a change of institution on JAMB portal to make Osun State University as their first choice institution in addition. UNIOSUN Post UTME candidate must score the required Osun State University cut off mark for their intended programmes before applying. Click here to view the Osun State University cut off mark.

If your UTME score is lower than the prescribed score for you intended programme of study, you have to change to a programme with a lower cut off mark. Having the right UTME subject combination is also compulsory. You can also click here to make sure that your UTME subjects are correct.

UNIOSUN Post UTME/DE

O-Level (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or GCE) Requirement: Applicants for UNIOSUN Post UTME/DE must have at least five (5) credit passes in their O-level result(s) relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language. These must be at a maximum of two sittings. Applicants must upload their O-level result(s) on JAMB CAPS. More so, applicant with Awaiting O-level result can also apply but must upload their result immediately such result is released by the examination bodies.

What are the Requirements for Direct Entry Applicants?

JAMB Requirement: All interested Direct Entry applicants must have registered for the just concluded JAMB and choose Osun State University as their first choice institution. Furthermore, those who did not choose Osun State University as their first choice institution must carry out a change of institution if they want to study in the school

Academic Requirement; Direct Entry applicants must have any of the following qualification; OND, HND, JUPEB, IJMB, or BSc or its equivalent before applying. A minimum of lower credit is accepted for admission into Direct Entry progrmmes in addition. Furthermore, they must obtain and forward their academic transcript from their last institution to the Office of the Registrar, Osun State University. Also, Direct Entry applicants must upload their O-level result together with the higher academic qualification on JAMB CAPS.

General Requirements for UNIOSUN Post UTME/DE

  • Applicant must be at least 16 years of age before applying.
  • Candidates are advice to use their personal email address and valid phone (GSM) number for their application. They will serve as a point of communication
  • Application screening fee for both UTME and Direct Entry is a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira only.
  • All applicants must register for UNIOSUN Post UTME/DE online.
